How We'll Help You
We specialize in delivering qualified physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech pathologists to clinics that have a need for quality talent. We do that by considering your needs and company culture to make sure we deliver someone who’s the right fit for your company. Our amazing team of recruiters, account managers and support staff can quickly fill your open positions meaning less interruptions for your clinic and your patients.
When you work with Advanced Medical, we assign you a dedicated Account Manager that works with you to find the best support staff solution for your timeline, budget, and size. Once we’ve found a therapist for you, they are fully-screened through our Quality Assurance analysts so you get only the most-qualified talent.
Have an immediate staffing need in the following disciplines? Work with us and you’ll wonder how you got along without us.
You don’t have to take our word for it. We’ve worked with clinics all over the United States, and they aren’t shy about their experiences. You can read what they have to say about working with our client services team right here.
Client Services Team
John started his career with Advanced in 2010 as an Account Manager. Shortly after he was promoted to Senior Account Manager, and then promoted again in 2016 to National Account Manager. John says "I cannot imagine working for another company, as there is not another one like it."
Chris Trawick started with Advanced in August 2015! He works expeditiously to get therapists and nurses of all sorts matched with the jobs they want in the areas they dream of! Chris loves working to help others get their “Dream Jobs” so they can travel the country to visit destinations that they may not otherwise have the opportunity to. When Chris is not in the office helping others, he can be found Snowboarding the Rockies, jamming out at a Red Rocks Concert, or hiking through Colorado.
Melanie Neland began her career with Advanced in 2006 and is going on her 10th year as a National Account Manager. She is extremely dedicated, and loves the relationships that she has built with her clients over the years. Her greatest satisfaction comes from being able to place a therapist in their positions, which allow them the opportunity to travel to many different parts of the United States and experience different settings, culturem and people. When she is not hard at work, she can often be found on the soccer field with her son, which is her greatest achievement. Mel is a Florida native, and enjoys spending time with her family at the beach; surfing, paddle boarding, and fishing. She is a huge animal lover and has chocolate Labrador dogs that she calls her family, while most would say they are more like pet bears. Melanie dabbles in fashion, recently winning an A-List celebrity’s national styling contest, and her other creative outlets involves sunrise and sunset photography.
Seth Mukai began his career with Advanced in April, 2014 and is happiest when he is juggling a client phone call, a recruiter in the office and Keeley on IM while emailing offers that match phenomenal therapists with the hard to fill positions his schools and clients need to have filled two weeks ago yesterday. When not in the office, you will find him playing with his two children, a pony of a dog and his wife of nearly 10 years. Outside of those options, he is busy keeping an old truck roadworthy and disappears in the evenings to officiate Division 1 college and semi-pro hockey. At rest, you will find him with an Arnold Palmer in one hand and a slice of pizza in the other.
Amy Prospect has been with Advanced for 6 years. Amy started off traveling the country developing our robust new grad department and now is a National Account Manager. She loves the balance of working with her amazing recruiters at Advanced and her top notch clients, in placing therapists in those hard to fill needs. When she is not in the office, she is attending her kids activities, at the beach or on a boat cruising down the river.
With several years of travel healthcare account management experience already under her belt, Audrey Costa joined our AMPS Team in September 2014. Having initially started on our allied side, Audrey quickly moved over to our rapidly growing RN division where she continues to contribute to the team’s success and ever-increasing client book of business. She approaches each client not as a salesperson but as someone who legitimately cares about our clients and travel nurses. Audrey always goes the extra mile and makes whatever needs to happen, happen.
In her spare time, Audrey enjoys working on pencil drawings, watercolor paintings, and makeup artistry, but what she holds most dear is time with her husband and toddler daughter.
