Job Description
Advanced School Staffing is working with a local school district in Jonesboro, GA to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist. The ideal applicant will be familiar with a variety of language, articulation, and communication disorders. They should be comfortable working with children of all ages and with mild to moderate disabilities.
The responsibilities of the SLP will be to evaluate the communication and language difficulties of students, along with implementing an Individualized Education Program. They will be able to collaborate with parents and school staff to develop the best course of action for each child. Other responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) attending school meetings and maintaining school equipment and inventory.
The district is open to having a SLP Clinical Fellow fulfill this role. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic Clinical Fellow who has a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and is licensed in GA.
