Advanced is currently seeking an exceptional school-based Speech Language Pathologist who desires to make a positive impact in the lives of children. This opportunity is with a top Chicagoland area school district for the 2018-2019 school-year.

The SLP will provide services to children of all ages and should be familiar with a variety of speech disorders (including language and articulation), and comfortable working with mild to moderate disabilities. Candidates with previous school experience is a plus!

Essential duties for the Speech Therapist would be to evaluate the level of speech or language difficulty of students, create and implement a plan of care, and be able to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel in developing the best course of action for each individual child. Requirements include: State License, Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology and ASHA certification.
