Andrew Temple

I started with Advanced in August of 2014 in the Colorado office and moved to Florida in February of 2015. I moved into a mentorship role during the summer of 2015 and have been mentoring a team of 4-5 new recruiters since! My background before coming to AMPS is in outside sales and sales management and my goals for 2016 are to consistently manage 25+ travelers and to help build our internal staff. I'm always open to having any new recruiter "plug-in" with me and I'm happy to help with any situation! My favorite part about working at Advanced is the lack of micro-management. I have a number of other senior recruiters that I can reach out to if I have any questions or situations I'm not familiar with, but all-in-all I love that Advanced encourages employees to be self-sufficient and gives them the freedom to run their desk how they want!
